INVITATION TO TENDER – SUPPLY OF A MID-SIZE LUXURY SEDAN CAR TO THE CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN JOHOR BAHRU

You are invited to tender for the Supply of a Mid-size Luxury Sedan Car to the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Johor Bahru to serve as the Consulate-General’s Number One car.
 
2 You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood the following documents which constitute integral components of this tender and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein: -
 
(a) Annex “A” - Instructions to Tenderers
(b) Annex “B” - Form of Tender Offer and Price Schedule
(c) Annex “C” - Conditions of Contract
(d) Annex “D” - Requirement Specifications
(e) Annex “E” - Vehicle Information Form

3 Interested tenderers shall email Mr Tan Kee Chor, Mr Kamar Faizal Bin Baharam, and Ms Sureen Toh via email at tan_kee_chor@mfa.gov.sg, kamar_faizal_baharam@mfa.gov.sg, and Sureen_toh@mfa.sg to obtain a set of the tender documents.
 
4 You may propose amendments to the Conditions of Contract at Annex C or submit your set of Conditions of Contract, order form, and/or other requirement as part of your proposals for consideration. You may also submit multiple models in your proposal.

5 Tender Offers shall be submitted to the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Johor Bahru by hand as stipulated in the 'Instructions to Tenderers'. The closing date for the tender is 6 May 2022 at 4:00 PM, local time (Malaysia). 
 
6 Any enquiries regarding the specifications may be made to Mr Tan Kee Chor, Mr Kamar Faizal Bin Baharam, and Ms Sureen Toh via email at tan_kee_chor@mfa.gov.sg, kamar_faizal_baharam@mfa.gov.sg, and sureent@mfa.sg before the closing date.

7 The tender proposals shall be evaluated based on the following criteria: (a) Engine size not exceeding 2,500cc (mandatory); (b) Authorised dealership from car manufacturer for Malaysia, Johor Bahru (mandatory); (c) Price Competitiveness (50 points); (d) Compliance with Specifications (40 points); (e) After Sales Support (10 points).
 
8 The Government of the Republic of Singapore reserves the right not to select the lowest Tender Offer, or the whole or any part of any Tender Offer, or any Tender at all. The Government of the Republic of Singapore is under no obligation to provide an explanation for any decision made.  The decision of the Government of the Republic of Singapore shall be final.

9 This Tender Document is prepared for information purposes only and does not have any legal effect. It may be supplemented or modified from time to time by notification to the recipient. Circulation, replication, reproduction and disclosure of any information contained in this document in whole or in part are strictly prohibited.
