You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Johor Bahru, Malaysia under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the Provision of Security Guard Services at the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Johor Bahru.

3 Interested tenderers shall email Mr Tan Kee Chor, Mr Kamar Faizal Bin Baharam, via email at tan_kee_chor@mfa.gov.sg, kamar_faizal_baharam@mfa.gov.sg, and singcon_jhb@mfa.sg to obtain a set of the tender documents and to register for the mandatory tender briefing scheduled for 27 May 2025, 10am, on Microsoft Teams. Please indicate the tender reference number "FOR000ETT25000035" in the email and provide the name, job title, email address and mobile number of the appointed representative(s).


4 The prescribed Form of Tender attached to this Covering Letter must be fully completed.


5 Your Tender Offer must be fully completed and submitted by 11 June 2025, 4pm (Malaysia Time) in accordance with this ITT. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITT before submitting your Tender Offer.
