Dear Sir/Madam,

INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE SUPPLY OF HARI RAYA GIFTS TO THE CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN JOHOR BAHRU

  You are invited to quote for the supply of Hari Raya gifts to the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Johor Bahru.

2 You shall be deemed to have read this letter and fully understood the contents of the following documents, which constitute integral components of the invitation and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein:

Annex A – Requirement Specifications

Annex B – Quotation Conditions of Contract

Annex C – Price Schedule Form

Please email singcon_jhb@mfa.sg for a set of the Annexures.

3 You may propose amendments to the Quotation Conditions of Contract at Annex B or submit your set of Conditions of Contract, order form, and/or other requirement as part of your proposals for consideration. You may also submit multiple gift options in your proposal.

4 Your proposal should be submitted to the following email address, Johor_Bahru_Procurement@mfa.sg, and be addressed to Mr Tan Kee Chor, Consul (Admin & Consular). Any enquiries should be submitted to singcon_jhb@mfa.sg.

5 Please indicate the subject as “Invitation to Quote for the Supply of Hari Raya Gifts”. All submissions should reach the Consulate-General not later than Thursday, 3 March 2022, 4:30 PM.

6 Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: (a) Price Competitiveness (50%); (b) Quality of Proposals (35%); and (c) Compliance with Specifications (15%). Halal certificate issued by a competent authority is a mandatory criterion for food items.

7 The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any Quote.  All cost or expenses related to preparing the Quote will be borne by you.

8 All information supplied to you by the Consulate-General, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.

9 The Consulate-General reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this letter and the requirements listed in the Annexures.

10 Your proposals should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 30 days from the closing date of this invitation.

11 The awarder supplier will be notified via email and the award notice will be posted on the Consulate-General’s notice board at the Consular Services Lobby and the Consulate-General’s website at www.mfa.gov.sg/jb.
