Invitation to Quote for the Supply of Chinese New Year Gifts

To all Potential Suppliers

INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE SUPPLY OF CHINESE NEW YEAR GIFTS TO THE CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN JOHOR BAHRU

                You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Johor Bahru, Malaysia under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the supply of Chinese New Year Gifts.

2             This ITQ contains the following:

Covering Letter;

Annex A - Instructions to Potential Suppliers (Quotations);

  Annex B - Conditions of Contract for Quotations;

Annex C - Requirement Specifications; and

Annex D - Price Schedule Form.

Please email singcon_jhb@mfa.sg for a set of the above documents.

3             Your Quotation must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITQ. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITQ before submitting your Quotation.

4             You may propose amendments to the Conditions of Contract for Quotation or submit your set of Conditions of Contract, order form, and/or other requirement as part of your proposals for consideration. Your proposals should be submitted to the following email address, Johor_Bahru_Procurement@mfa.sg, and be addressed to Mr Tan Kee Chor, Consul (Admin & Consular).

5 All enquiries regarding this ITQ shall be made in writing and directed to:
