Invitation to Quote for the Rental of Photocopiers

To all Potential Suppliers

You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Johor Bahru, Malaysia under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the rental of two photocopiers over a period of three (3) years from 25 November 2024 to 24 November 2027.

2 This ITQ contains the following:

(a) Cover Letter;

(b) Instructions to Potential Suppliers (Quotations);

(c) Conditions of Contract;

(d) Price Schedule Template;

(e) Requirement Specifications;

(f) Information about Contractor; and

(g) Evaluation Criteria.


Please email singcon_jhb@mfa.sg for a set of the above documents.

3 Your Quotation must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with Instructions to Potential Suppliers by 14 October 2024, 4:30pm. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITQ before submitting your Quotation.

4 You may propose amendments to the Quotation Conditions of Contract or submit your set of Conditions of Contract, lease/rental agreement, order form, and/or other requirement as part of your proposals for consideration. Your proposals should be submitted to the following email address, Johor_Bahru_Procurement@mfa.sg, and be addressed to Mr Kamar Faizal Bin Baharam, Vice-Consul (Admin & Consular).

5 All enquiries regarding this ITQ shall be made in writing and directed to:
