CORRIGENDUM #1
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - RENOVATION SERVICES (FOR000ERF24000001)
We refer to the Express of Interest invitation letter dated 5 February 2024 for the Provision of Renovation Services for the Chancery Office Space of the Singapore Consulate-General in Johor Bahru.
2 Please be informed that the critical criterion in para 3(a) of the invitation letter and para 2.1(a) of the Annex A to the letter has been amended as follows:
Companies must have an office based in Malaysia and possess a valid G7 CIDB licence and other valid operating licences issued by the relevant authorities in Malaysia for the renovation works.
3 Please be informed that the submission deadline specified in Para 3.1 of the Instructions to Tenderers, shall be extended to 5 March 2024 (Closing Date), 4:00PM (Local Time).
