The Singapore Consulate-General's Consular Section is open from 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm from Mondays to Fridays. We are closed on weekends and Public Holidays.

All counter services will be by pre-approved appointments only. You may view all available services and request for an appointment slot using the online form here: go.gov.sg/scgjb-appt. If you require further assistance for counter services, please contact us at +60-7-226-5012 or singcon_jhb@mfa.sg.

Singaporeans who require urgent consular assistance after officer hours may contact us at +60-7-226-5012 and press '8' to speak to a duty officer.
